Heartland Prison?

I was taking a walk to the market today via a new route, and guess what I found!


A prison in the middle of a residential area!

On taking a closer look:

This prison has excercising equipment! Well, actually, no. This is a "community gym" set up by some residents, but because they were afraid for their precious equipment, they decided to cage it up, and since they were at it, cage up the equipment users as well, just in case!

Even our national mascot, Mr Merlion was not spared!
